Privacy notice

How Taly collects, uses, shares and protects personal data, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are

Kerri.Alexandra LTD, trading as We Are Taly ("TALY"), registered in Ireland (company number 694688), 4 Farmleigh Close, Dublin 15, Ireland. TALY is the controller of the personal data described below. Contact us about privacy at info@wearetaly.com.

What we collect

Customer contacts and platform users

  • What: Name, work email, work phone, job title, delivery-site details, order history
  • Why: Running accounts, fulfilling orders, billing, support
  • Legal basis: Contract; legitimate interests

Supplier and delivery partner contacts

  • What: Name, work contact details, business and bank details
  • Why: Onboarding, orders, payouts, compliance checks
  • Legal basis: Contract; legal obligation

Business prospects

  • What: Name, work email, job title, company, publicly available business information
  • Why: Telling businesses about TALY
  • Legal basis: Legitimate interests (you can opt out at any time)

Website visitors

  • What: Cookies, device and usage data
  • Why: Running and improving our website
  • Legal basis: Consent, except for essential cookies

We do not collect health information about individuals. Offices tell us their dietary needs at office level only.

When we handle a customer's delivery contacts on its behalf, we act as its processor under our customer terms.

Who we share it with

  • Suppliers and delivery partners, only the details needed to fulfil and deliver orders.
  • Service providers that run our business: hosting (Amazon Web Services, EU), payments (Stripe), email and documents (Google Workspace), customer support (Slack), and our CRM and sales tools.
  • Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires.

We never sell personal data.

International transfers

Some providers process data outside the UK and EEA, including in the US. Where they do, we use approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US and UK-US data frameworks.

How long we keep it

  • Account and order data: for as long as the account is active, then 6 years for tax and accounting records.
  • Prospect data: up to 2 years without contact, or until you opt out.
  • Cookies: as set out in our cookie banner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email info@wearetaly.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie) or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Security

We protect data with multi-factor authentication, role-based access and encryption. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never store card details.
